* Budgets - Provide you with pre-planning budget.
* Vendor Coordination - Help you work with your local contact to obtain pictures and diagrams of the spaces you are considering.
* Timeline - Work with your vendors and put together a timeline for your events
* Hotel Reports - Provide you with hotel pick up reports from the hotel to track your numbers.
* Final Details - Final details for your conference, meeting or event with contact information for a seamless transition.
* Registration Staff: We will set up your registration and register your attendees. Hand out registration material and welcome them.
* Banquet Event Monitors: We will make sure your breakfast, refreshment break and lunch is set up based on your specifications and replenished as necessary.
* Cocktail Receptions: We will make sure your bars, food and entertainment is set up based on your guidelines.
* Room & Audio Visual Set Up: We will pre check your sessions to make sure they are set based on your specifications. We will make sure your Audio Visual is set, working and ready.
* Speaker Management: We will escort your speaker to their sessions and make sure they are comfortable with the audio visual and room set up. We will trouble shoot any issues with the audio visual department leaving your speaker relaxed and stress free.
* Meet and Greet Staff: We greet your attendees, give directions and show them to their seats. Assist with handout materials.
* Bus Monitors: We will gather your attendees for bus boarding, do head counts and take tickets.
* Off Site Events: We will arrive before your guest and make sure the facility or restaurant is ready to meet their needs. Reserved tables are set. The menu is what you ordered, and the seating arrangements meet your specifications.
